Skeleton and muscle across builds
This chart shows how the same basic torso structure can support many different body builds. The ribcage, shoulders, pelvis, and hips stay readable while muscle and soft tissue reshape the final silhouette.
Belly-fat distribution
Here we can see how similar body mass can settle in very different ways. Notice the changes in belly folds, chest shape, waist compression, and hip width. Small differences like these make each silhouette feel unique.
Soft-tissue mass levels
Here we can see how additional soft tissue changes the outer silhouette. Most of the visible difference comes from added volume around the torso, neck, hips, thighs, and upper arms.
Male body builds
Here we can compare several male body types, from slim to heavier and highly muscular. Notice how shoulder width, chest volume, waist thickness, and arm mass change together.
Six female body shapes
These examples show how the female silhouette changes through waist definition, hip width, torso shape, and muscle tone. Even small proportion changes can create a completely different body type.
Male torso mass
This sheet compares several torso builds, from narrow and lean to broad and muscular. Notice how the chest, shoulders, waist, and pelvis stay balanced even when the overall body mass changes.
Lower-body width and height
This progression shows how lower body proportions change as the figure becomes taller and fuller. Pay attention to thigh width, knee placement, and how mass develops around the hips and upper legs.
Waist, chest and hip variations
These six torsos show how body type changes the rhythm of the waist, stomach, and hips. Focus on where the silhouette changes direction, not only on how wide the body is.
Pelvis and silhouette comparison
This simplified comparison highlights different lower body proportion patterns. One silhouette has a wider hip transition and fuller upper thighs, while the other stays straighter through the hips and legs.

Bust volume from natural to 650 ml
The same torso with five bust volumes. Watch the upper curve fill in, the projection grow and the gap between the breasts narrow, while the ribcage and shoulders stay the same; the bikini strings stretch over the surface to show the extra volume.
Bust form and compression
Build the bust as rounded masses on the ribcage, then follow how they rotate, overlap and compress against each other and the chest from several viewing angles.
Three abdomen types
Compare the outer contour, waist tension, and surface landmarks that distinguish flat, muscular, and soft abdominal forms.
