The deal between you and SODA BODY, in plain words.

1. Who we are

SODA BODY (sodabody.com) is a service of BAUDIN STUDIO LTDA, Brazil. By using the site you agree to these terms, the Privacy policy and, if you post, the Community rules. Contact: baudinstudio@gmail.com.

2. Your account

You must be 13 or older (under 18, with a parent or guardian's permission). Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens on your account. Give us a working email; we use it for your account, receipts and important notices.

3. Free and Pro

Part of SODA BODY is free. Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime) unlocks the extra tools listed on the Pro page — including Soda Studio and the Community — for as long as your plan is active. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by Stripe in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account (Manage or cancel): you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Free trial: if a plan includes a trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
  • Lifetime is a one-off payment for as long as SODA BODY runs.
  • Refunds and your 7-day right of withdrawal: see the Refund policy.
  • We may change prices for future periods; we'll tell subscribers before a change applies to them.

4. Using the references

You may draw from the references, trace them to practise, and publish, sell or share the art you make with them. You may not resell, redistribute or re-upload the references themselves (images, 3D models, exported files) as your own collection or product. The realistic muscle model is adapted from open anatomy data under its own licence — see Credits.

5. What you post

You keep the rights to your work. By posting in the Community or sharing a scene you give SODA BODY permission to store and show it to members (and, for official or featured posts, on the public preview) for as long as it stays up. Only post what you made or have the right to share, and label AI-assisted work. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break the Community rules or the law.

6. Fair use of the service

Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security or paywall, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal.

7. The service itself

We work to keep SODA BODY available and accurate, but it's provided as it is: features can change, and there may be interruptions. The anatomy content is a drawing reference, not medical advice. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses; nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Brazilian law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

8. Ending

You can stop using SODA BODY and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll tell members about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
